A single ledger for every notice the Kingdom will ever send you.
Described by its mechanism, not its benefits. MAKYN operates in four movements.
The four movements · I.
- I.
Ingestion
MAKYN connects to the channels authorities actually use — Absher, Qiwa, the ZATCA portal, the municipal balady systems, the CR dashboard, and the email addresses your organization has registered with each. Every notice is pulled within five minutes of its issuance.
- II.
Reading
Every notice is processed by a reading model trained exclusively on Arabic regulatory correspondence. MAKYN extracts nine fields from every document: the issuing authority, the referenced entity, the notice type, the fiscal period, the deadline, the amount owed (if any), the reference number, the required action, and the legal basis. These nine fields become the structure of the record.
- III.
Routing
The record is placed into the ledger of the entity it concerns, assigned to the officer responsible for that category at that entity, and surfaced on their dashboard in order of deadline proximity. Telegram, email, or webhook — the notification method follows the officer, not the system.
- IV.
Retention
Every record, every action, every document, every timestamp is retained for ten years inside the Kingdom. When a regulator, an auditor, or a partner requests the history of a single obligation, the system returns a signed document in under thirty seconds. The retention is the product. The rest is how records get into it.
One reading layer between the authorities and your ledgers.

What MAKYN is not.
MAKYN is not a filing service. We do not submit forms on your behalf, and we do not accept fiduciary responsibility for filings. Your qualified officer remains the filer.
MAKYN is not an accounting system. We do not hold your general ledger, your payroll, or your invoices. We integrate with the systems that do.
MAKYN is not a legal opinion. We report what the authorities have issued to you. We do not interpret whether you are obligated, whether the assessment is correct, or whether you should appeal. That is your counsel's work, and we provide them the record to do it with.
MAKYN is not a notification tool. Notifications are a surface. Underneath is an audit system. If you are evaluating us against a notification tool, you are comparing two different categories of product.
